Upcycling Old Forks Into Unique & Unusual Art

What's not to love about old forks?

They're silvery and tarnished, they have beautiful antique patterns, they make a great sound when shuffled around with other forks...

And of course, they're great for helping us eating dessert!
Now take a look at forks in a different way...

Creative fork storage display from BH&G.
I think magnets glued to the back would work well for turning them into fridge magnets.

Vintage Tarnished Silverware

I love the look that old silverware gets once it ages and takes on a tarnish.

I love the ornate patterns on antique and vintage flatware, reminders to a time in
the past when details were important, and artwork on everyday objects was valued.

I love orphaned spoons and forks, who alone whisper, "Keep me..."

What better way to upcycle family heirloom?
These are all made from vintage & antique dinner knives.

Take a look and see how I transform antique & vintage

Creating bell necklaces from antique dinner knives.

The sound is a delicate chime.

No two that I create are exactly alike. Each is unique!

I accent each with different beads, either a gemstone, pearl or crystal.
