Beautiful Christmas Mantle Ideas & Inspiration

 


I just love fireplace mantles! If you're lucky enough to have one, be sure to not neglect it and instead decorate it up for the holidays. 

No mantle? No fear, you can get the same decorating effects using a wall shelf or a shelf in a bookcase. 

This year I'm loving lots of mushrooms in magical colors like turquoise and teal with red in shiny glass and luxe materials, tons of natural elements like branches, moss, and pinecones, and rustic, homey gingerbread houses decorated with gobs of frosty white royal icing - OR - create one from cardboard and paper and use white relief paint and a little sprinkle of clear glitter for the same effect.
