Boho Painted Pumpkins For Autumn

You don't have to buy expensive home decor to decorate for the holidays when for just a few dollars and some time well spent you can create your own beautiful autumn decorations for your home. 

Using either real or artificial pumpkins and inexpensive acrylic paints and a few paint brushes (dotters are fun to use for this project too) in no time at all you can create your own boho painted pumpkins. 

Be creative and paint whatever you like on your pumpkins, or do as I do and create mandala-like repetitive patterns (it's easy!). You can even further embellish your pumpkin once you've finished painting it by attaching beads, seaquins, or faux pearls with craft adhesive.

Just make sure that before you start you wash your pumpkin with some warm soapy water to remove any dirt, rinse, and dry well. Check out some inspiration below...
