  8. I use old hardback books for clipboards. Just cut the back and front off the book. Now I have a variety of boards w/clips on them in different places, like 2 clips, one on top and in the middle of the boards. Usually the books I use are old advertisement books that various companies use for their year long advertising campaign (like a car company) Better than throwing them away. And I purchased a box of clips for a great price online. (sorry I don't remember the company) Finding screws the right length can be challenging, but I found some that were a "tad" too long so I covered the ends that poked through w/felt to protect my wall. Now my grandkids pix hang on them in our entry way.

  9. Hi I love your beautifully decorated shabby chic clipboards and would love to know how to make them. I work with young adults with learning difficulties, here in the UK and am always looking for new projects, this looks like something that would not be too difficult for them to do. If you don't mind sharing your ideas I would be happy to send you my private email address.
