I love music, and I love guitars.
Now of course, I am going to share with you some creative things made from
upcycled guitars and guitar cases, as well as some guitar-inspired art!
I hope you enjoy!
What do you think?
I hope you have a great week
Love, Laura

Very cool! I love Dolangeiman's pieces. I took guitar classes in 4-5 grades but alas can only strum along to a very bad Red River Valley and I'd Like To Teach The World To Sing! Unplugged of course..
ReplyDeleteI bought my older daughter her first electric guitar this summer, she loves it :)
DeleteAll beautiful - fav is the Dolangeiman cut out. I do them in recycled steel along with many other crazy things. Love anything to do with recycling/upcycling. Glad I found you.
ReplyDeleteI just checked out your page, amazing stuff! Would love to feature some of your things here!
DeleteThanks Laura - glad you enjoy my work. What I create is what I'm happy to surround myself with if I never sell another piece. A labor of love. I have a website with a few more pics. www.soozequedesigns.shutterfly.com
DeleteSomeday I'll get a real site, if I can put my welder down! Thanks for joining me. Susie
So cool, I'm happy you pick up my earring rack :-)
ReplyDeleteI love all things guitar!
Love it!
DeleteThese are all such awesome ideas! It's hard to pick a favorite.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting!
DeleteGuitar cases I wouldn't have a problem with, but if anyone wants to renovate a guitar I would recommend checking out the maker (Martin, Fender, Gibson etc...)before turning it into a piece of art. Some of these guitars, even in poor shape, can fetch a pretty penny. I've seen Martin guitars go for thousands.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I'm sure these are all created from old damaged ones. Martin guitar is close to my home :)
DeleteWow, love the creativity. Scrolling down is a treat.
ReplyDeleteGlad you like!
DeleteGuitars are pretty on their own, but, wow, I love the mosaic one! Can't wait to look at some of the shops you featured.
ReplyDeleteI agree, they are pretty on their own! Thanks for visiting!
DeleteNice! I did a little repurposed guitar round up back in July ... and I'm impressed that there's almost no repetition here. Who knew you could do so many things with an old guitar!

Awesome, thanks for sharing!
DeleteOh the planter is so wicked cool! And of course the shelves too. Love the upcycling movement...thanks for sharing what people are thinking to do with their old guitars!
ReplyDeletePopping over from the EBT...
Thanks for visiting Melissa!
DeleteWow ~ super inspiring! Guitars are such a beautiful shape, but I never would have thought to use them in these ways ~ rad.
ReplyDelete:)
DeleteHow very cool! I love the engraved guitar best :)
ReplyDeleteIt's so pretty!
DeleteHubby is locking up our guitars right now so that I don't try to turn them into something else. I love the case turned table
ReplyDeleteHa! :)
Deletethanks for share.

DeleteAll these are amazing!
ReplyDeleteWhat creative ideas! I love the first one and I've always wanted to engrave a guitar. But there are so many clever designs here!
